Cinco Ranch

Cinco Ranch is one of the largest master planned communities in Katy, Texas. Cinco Ranch boasts ten community pools, community splash pads, large twisting water slides, and a multidude of pocket parks build into every area of the master plan.

Cross Creek Ranch

Katy’s newest master plan is in far west Katy and Fulshear. This neighborhood has everything a buyer needs from established houses to new builds. Cross Creek has multiple water slide pools, splash pads, open green space, and playgrounds. Cross Creek is split between Katy ISD and Lamar Consolidated ISD.

Firethorne

Firethorne is a newer masterplan in Katy where buyers can find updated floor plans, tons of amenities such as multiple swimming pools and playgrounds. This area is a tight knit community in an area where commuters can easily access I-10. Firethorne has an open feeling, containing tons of green space and sports fields.

Grand Lakes

Grand Lakes contains homes of every size. This master plan is split into several pods that keep a close community feel. Grand Lakes contains all the major amenities including large splash pads, duck ponds, and even a community vegetable garden. Homes are available in every price range.

Grayson Lakes

Grayson Lakes is a smaller community located in prime commuter area near I-10. Grayson Lakes houses upscale homes with acres of green space and several large ponds in which residents park their boats, paddle boats, and kayaks on private backyard docks.

Green Trails

This established neighborhood is optimal for commuters who want to be within the Katy school district, but desire to be close to I-10 and far east Katy. Traditional houses and mature trees create a peaceful feeling without being too far out of the city.

Kelliwood

Kelliwood is one of the original neighborhoods in south Katy. It’s beautiful mature trees, traditional style houses, and Willowfork Country Club make it a desired area of Katy. This area is optimal for commuters wanting to be close to I-10 and east of 99 without sacrificing any benefit of suburban housing.

Nottingham Country

Nottigham Country is one of the original master plans in Katy, being built in the 70’s and 80’s. These houses have large floor plans at affordable prices and draw commuters who want to be in older Katy neighborhoods, closer to I-10. Nottingham sits near local schools, established restaurants, and retail.

Pine mill ranch

Pine Mill Ranch is another mid-sized Katy subdivision that includes all modern amenities including tennis courts, playgrounds, pools, and splash pads. This neighborhood is quietly tucked away in far west Katy.

Seven meadows

Seven Meadows is a beautifully maintained mid-sized master plan sitting just south of Cinco Ranch. Seven Meadows includes houses at all price points with many amenities including pools, splash pads, and playgrounds within the community.

silver ranch

Silver Ranch sits right in the heart of south Katy, adjoining to Cinco Ranch and other popular neighborhoods.  This small master plan has large floor plans at affordable prices.

Tamarron

One of Katy’s newer small scale master plans, Tamarron has established and new build houses. Tamarron offers a range of affordable housing in a beautiful neighborhood located in Katy ISD and Lamar Consolodated ISD.

Woodcreek Reserve

Woodcreek Reserve is a beautiful, smaller scale master plan conveniently located just south of I-10, giving commuters easy access to the freeway. Houses are built on slightly larger lots and nestled into a wooded nature preserve with local schools in the neighborhood.
