Westchester
Located conveniently near the Energy Corridor, Westchester and Nottingham IIV sit between Eldridge and Dairy Ashford. Tree lined streets, an elementary school tucked into the neighborhood give these neighborhoods an easy family feel while being nearby major energy companies. Terry Hershey Park and the paved Buffalo Bayou trail back to both neighborhoods.
Nottingham Forrest
Nottingham Forrest is located between Dairy Ashford and Kirkwood. Many restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail are just around the corner from these neighborhoods making it a prime location for living. Beautiful tree lined streets and classic house design give Nottingham Forrest an easy-paced feel.
Yorkshire
Yorkshire is an upscale collection of older homes and new builds. Located just east of Kirkwood, this neighborhood has larger floor plans in both their orginal houses and newer homes. Large trees lead to the Buffalo Bayou paved walk/bike trail in the back of the neighborhood.
Wilchester
Wilchester and Wilchester West have prime locations around Wilcrest, just west of Beltway 8. This prime real estate location, convenient for commuting to Galleria or downtown is also next to City Centre, which houses retail and restaurants. The Memorial Villages
The Memorial Villages are a collection of communities, housed within Harris County, but are run separately from the city. Villages include Hedwig Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, Hunters Creek Village, Spring Valley Village, and Hilshire Village. This upscale residential community originated as large country estates and over time has developed into affluent, large lot neighborhoods. Houses here are highly desired for their city location and many houses are located inside sought after Spring Branch ISD.
